These terms govern your use of YouPush, a desktop application developed by FirstReader LLC.

The Software

YouPush is a desktop application for YouTube post-production. It runs on your computer and connects to third-party services. YouPush provides the Google OAuth client used for normal YouTube sign-in, so you do not need to create a Google Cloud project or provide Google OAuth client credentials. Advanced users may optionally configure their own Google OAuth client. OpenAI and Anthropic features require your own API keys, and those providers bill you directly for your usage.

License

When you purchase YouPush, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on up to three (3) machines. You may deactivate a machine when moving the license. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share your license key with others.

A Solo license supports one YouTube channel. A Studio license supports up to three YouTube channels. Your purchase includes updates within the YouPush 1.x release series. A future major release may be offered separately.

The free tier currently supports one channel, up to three videos and ten Shorts per month, and includes watermarked output and a YouPush credit in generated descriptions. Current plan features are shown on the product page and may change for future use of the free tier.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining, securing, and paying for your own Anthropic and OpenAI API keys. YouPush does not mark up those providers' charges.
• You are responsible for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when uploading content through YouPush.
• You are responsible for the content you create, upload, and publish using YouPush.
• You must not use YouPush to upload content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or any applicable law.

Third-Party Services

YouPush integrates with services operated by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/YouTube, WordPress). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. YouPush is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policies of third-party services.

API costs from Anthropic and OpenAI are billed directly to you by those providers. YouPush does not control or mark up these costs.

AI-Generated Content

YouPush uses AI to generate titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and Shorts suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing.

Intellectual Property

YouPush is owned by FirstReader LLC. The software, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright.

Your content remains yours. YouPush does not claim any ownership or license over videos, thumbnails, metadata, or other content you create or process using the software.

Refunds

FirstReader LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid YouPush licenses. Email [email protected] with the purchase email and request. Stripe processes the refund, but FirstReader LLC determines eligibility under this guarantee.

Disclaimers

YouPush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

We are not responsible for:

• Costs incurred from third-party API usage
• Content uploaded to YouTube or other platforms through YouPush
• Loss of data stored locally on your machine
• Service interruptions from third-party providers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstReader LLC's total liability for any claims related to YouPush is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the software evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
